Senior Software Engineer

GestureTek’s Vision team is comprised of a number of research engineers focused on developing world class tracking technologies using single camera, multi-camera, time of flight and 3D camera technologies.  The efforts of the Vision team has led to numerous GestureTek patents and of course forms the foundation of all our products.

The successful candidate will handle the non-vision aspects of GestureTeks’s various software projects, thus enabling other members of the team to focus on research.  We’re looking for an experienced individual as there will be a large architectural component in addition to real, “hands on” coding and will extend to all aspects of the product including networking, inter-process communication and UI development.

Experienced programmer needed for the development of advanced real-time computer vision applications associated with object tracking, gesture recognition, stereo camera analysis, and segmentation keying.

Development using C/C++ under MSDEV6.

Computer Technician/Installer (multiple positions)

GestureTek, world leaders in computer vision technology are seeking experienced motivated individuals for installations of their products.

The candidates must be extremely organized, be able to work independently in a fast paced changing environment.

The successful candidate would be able to demonstrate knowledge of the following:

• Experience at installing and troubleshooting current A/V production equipment (projectors, industrial video cameras and rigging)
• Complete understanding of PCs including high and low level configuration as well as the ability to troubleshooting in a Windows environment’s multimedia components
• General project management experience
• Ability to work with tight deadlines, handle multiple projects
• Customer relations experience

Experience with lighting and rigging and exposure to computer programming would be considered an asset.

Flexible schedule with ability to travel internationally is a requirement of this position.
