Special Event Rentals

GestureTek rents both GX systems to Special and Corporate Events, as well as sells GX systems to event and trade show specialists.

System set ups are rented to an event anywhere from a single to a couple of days, up to one to two weeks at a time. These are systems to entertain guests and provide fun interactive entertainment. This market exists for both attraction and coin-op systems, and both for games and interactive environments for play.

Daily Rental Rates
GX100 GX200  
$2,300 $2,800 per day for 1 day rentals
$1,800 $2,300 per day for 2-3 day rentals
$1,400 $1,800 per day for 4-7 day rentals

» Long term rates negotiable
» All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars
» 50% deposit required upon signature of rental agreement, balance upon installation.


What's Included

Unless arranged otherwise, GestureTek provides a standard GestureXtreme system as follows:

Computer equipment (CPU, hard drive, specialty cards)

»

Camera and all required lighting

»

8'x8' pop up backdrop (2x8x8' for GX200 system)

»
Colour keyed flooring (carpet or rubber)
»
Choice of four software titles to operate on the system (Holopod Suite)-GX100
»
One GX200 title for GX200 rentals
»
GestureTek Technician to set up, staff and dismantle system


Additional Charges
»
Shipping equipment to location, transportation, and accommodation costs for GestureTek technician is additional and will be billed at cost (1/2 day charge of $250 charged for technician travel time to site where needed).
»
Customer chosen audio-visual monitors or projection systems for installation


Services

GestureTek shall provide the following listed services:

»

Provide and deliver equipment.

»

Set up and operate the VR exhibit during the scheduled event .

»

Dismantling and removal of equipment.

»

In the event that the client does not utilize GestureTek site services, we agree to train personnel on all operational, set up and dismantle procedures.



Other Optional Services
»

Insertion of clients name and or logo into virtual world (very effective)

»
Provision of color printer, or VCR, for photographic memento to participants
