GestureTek’s interactive Illuminate Display technology provides clear, seemingly invisible floor-to-ceiling interactive display surfaces for both touch screen computing and touch-free display interaction. These interactive displays deliver breathtaking interactive projections on panels, windows, screens or any interactive surface. Users can control interactive multi-media content with simple hand gestures.  Vertical interactive display surfaces such as interactive walls, screens and retail windows can even be custom-configured with a multi-touch interface for multi-touch interaction, using GestureTek’s award-winning multi-touch display technology.

To interact with the multi-media presentation, users simply touch the screen or point to control the interactive display.  The system’s gesture recognition technology and motion control software instantly detects the position of the users’ hand near the display and reacts to the touch and point motions of the user’s hands and finger.

Floating interactive projection images are enabled by a thin projection film applied directly onto the interactive surface. Projectors and other components can be hidden from view in the ceiling or at a distance.  The effect for the user is of a multi-media experience where interactive projected images are floating in mid-air in a seemingly technology-free environment.
