Jan 11 2010

New York, NEW YORK, January 11th, 2010 – GestureTek will showcase its next-generation motion-controlled interactive solutions for retail advertising and point-of-purchase displays at the National Retail Federation Show (NRF) from January 11th to 12th, at the Jacob K. Javits Center, Booth 1976.

The company’s featured product will be The CUBE, a turnkey portable, plug and play interactive projection display system for retail spaces, exhibits and promotions. The compact CUBE brings the engaging dynamic of gesture control technology to any space, projecting interactive multi-media advertising, games and animation effects onto the floor or wall.

GestureTek’s Illuminate Kiosk will also be featured at the NRF Show. This sleek interactive surface computing unit provides users with a touch-free interface to navigate multi-media information. NRF attendees can learn more about GestureTek’s award-winning custom interactive multi-touch solutions for tables and freestanding panels.

Coming soon for retailers is GestureTek’s turnkey, plug and play multi-touch vertical display system with a 67” screen. This convenient, self-contained unit is only 22 inches deep. With a streamlined design, this compact unit can be placed anywhere by retailers, and requires no technician to install.

“Any surface can be transformed into a dynamic interactive display that attracts customers and drives sales, including floors, walls, windows, counters, kiosks, screens and freestanding panels.”

Selected customers who have leveraged retail advertising displays with gesture recognition from GestureTek include Cingular AT&T Wireless, Virgin Megastores, Hudson’s Bay Company, Inwindow Outdoor, Childs’ Play, Children’s Place, Hugo Boss, Sony, Target, Samsung, Nike and Intel.
