Irresistible Interaction with Wallfx Flat Screen Displays

Oct 23 2006

New Technology interacts and reacts to people passing by!

GM Epcot WallFXToronto, Ontario – October 23, 2006 – GestureTek Inc. ™ - international leaders in interactive digital signage debut their new eye-catching, body-engaging, consumer-drawing technology at StoreXpo.

The WallFX Display is a wall-mounted and complete turnkey system.  Containing a camera and a compact computer for multi-media content, the LeckFX large screen interactive wall display actually reaches out and interacts with people passing by. The top mounted camera senses potential customers from a distance of one to fifteen feet and animation then reacts to their body movements and specific gestures.

The nature of WallFX Display content is absolutely unlimited making the system perfect both as an entertainment attraction and a digital signage solution.

According to Cap Ventures, the digital signage industry is one of the fastest growing marketing opportunities in the world today, forecasted to grow at a rate of nearly 50 percent annually for the next five years, with projected revenues of $2 billion by 2009.

If businesses and brands want to capture today’s consumer, out of home marketing is a necessity.  Consumers attend a host of events and venues outside the home.  Over 200 million consumers visit shopping malls in the U.S. each month.

WallFX from GestureTek – a new interactive signage system that delivers an innovative and captivating advertising tool that users of all ages will find enticing, engaging, and playful – perfect for the retail and entertainment markets.

“Traditional static advertising is dated and not relevant to today’s oversaturated consumers.  New out of home advertising models need to engage and excite consumers, inviting them in with a brand message and an experience! We are very excited with the opportunity that WallFX offers the marketplace”  Bill Leckonby, CEO of GestureTek Inc.
