GestureTek Inc., the leader in Gesture Control and Recognition technology for Interactive Displays, Digital Signage, and Health Applications is Purchased by its Co-Founder, Co-CEO Vincent John Vincent

GestureTek Inc., and GestureTek Canada Inc. have announced the sale of all of its remaining assets and IP rights to Vincent John Vincent, the company's Co-CEO, and original Co-Founder. The acquisition of the company in its entirety means the company will carry on as the leader in Interactive Gesture Controlled Displays for Public, Corporate and Institutional Installations, as well as Digital Signage, and Health Applications. The company will remain in the same location, and will be called GestureTek Systems Inc.

GestureTek invented and led the Gesture Control Revolution over the last 25 plus years, contributing all kinds of products categories such as immersive onscreen video gesture control, interactive surfaces, point and control from a distance, camera based multitouch, as well as inventing 3D gesture regonition using 3D depth cameras ( the technology which can be found in today's Kinect camera ). GestureTek is covered by over 18 patents worldwide, and has amassed enormous experience installing well over 6,000 gesture-based technologies systems in entertainment facilities, museums, retail locations, advertising campaigns, digital signage networks, and other public and private venues.

Erol Vekil, who has been with the company as the Director of International Sales for 5 years, and who has successfully run multiple multinational technology companies, and divisions, in multiple locations, around the world, has been appointed President of GestureTek Systems Inc.
